2. Digital Marketing & Web Services
Leads Sync provides custom website design, local SEO, Google Ads management, social media advertising, and related software solutions. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and payment structures are defined in individual service proposals signed with each client.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By voluntarily checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive customer-care text messages from Leads Sync regarding your inquiry, appointments, and requested service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact Leads Sync directly. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. 4. Intellectual Property
All content on leadssyncs.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Leads Sync or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment of bespoke client projects, ownership of custom graphic assets and code is transferred to the client as specified in their agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads Sync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or marketing services, including search engine algorithm fluctuations or third-party platform changes.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
