1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the getleadssync.com website, submitting lead inquiry forms, or engaging Leads Sync for digital marketing, web design, or SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Digital Marketing & Web Services
Leads Sync provides custom website design, local SEO, Google Ads management, social media advertising, and related software solutions. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and payment structures are defined in individual service proposals signed with each client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on getleadssync.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Leads Sync or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment of bespoke client projects, ownership of custom graphic assets and code is transferred to the client as specified in their agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads Sync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or marketing services, including search engine algorithm fluctuations or third-party platform changes.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
